How much does a project cost?

Every project gets scoped individually — a five-page site and a multi-service backend just aren't priced the same way, and we'd rather get it right than quote something generic. As a general rule, our pricing runs about 10% below typical market rates for comparable quality, and we're currently running a limited-time 50% discount on top of that. Tell us your budget early and we'll shape the approach around it where we can. Either way, you'll always see the full price in writing as part of the scope agreement before any billable work starts, so there's no surprise invoice waiting for you later.

How long will my project take?

It depends on scope, but we move at a good pace: a focused single-purpose site or bot is often just a couple of weeks, and even a larger multi-service build usually wraps up in a few months, broken into milestones so you're seeing real, working progress the whole way through — not radio silence until the end. We'll give you a specific, realistic date as soon as we understand the project, because a date we're confident in is worth more than one that just sounds impressive.

Do you really not take Android projects?

That's right — not as a standalone app, and not folded into a bigger project either. It's just not where our expertise is, and we'd rather be upfront about that than stretch ourselves thin and hand you something mediocre. Happy to point you toward people who specialize in it if that's useful.

What happens if I need to change the scope mid-project?

Scope changes happen on real projects all the time, and that's fine — the written agreement isn't a cage, it's a reference point. If you need to add or change something, we re-scope that specific piece in writing (with any price/timeline impact) before building it, instead of quietly absorbing it and hoping it doesn't cause a dispute later.

Will I own the code and the intellectual property?

Yes. Once a project is paid for in full, the delivered code and its documentation are yours. We're not in the business of holding your own project hostage after the engagement ends.

Can you sign an NDA?

Accepted Answer

Yes — for a real project under real discussion, a mutual NDA before detailed scoping is a completely normal request and we're glad to sign one.

How does the support ticket system work?

Accepted Answer

Anyone can open a ticket from the Support page with an email, subject, category, and priority. We typically reply within one business day, every ticket goes through the same queue in the same order regardless of project size, and you can look up your own tickets any time using the email you opened them with.

Question 8

What happens after delivery if something breaks?

Accepted Answer

Every project includes a defined free support window after final delivery, specified in the scope agreement, for fixing issues that only show up once real users are using the thing. Support beyond that window is available on request.
